Why understanding sthitaprajña is important
in Ch2c, what are the qualities of one who has reached sthitaprajña – (sthita = stable, heightened or resolute + prajñā = awareness of the Self)?
Yoga cannot exist without Dharma.
Darma provides the framework on which Yoga flourises. Later, for a Yogi to merge with Brahman, he needs to transcend Dharma.
Dharma is the natural state of any entity and exists in multiple states,
In the primordial state, it is the natural state of each element.
As creation progresses, it is the natural state of each entity.
In mankind, it is the natural state of each people.
In Bharat, it is Asthika Dharma, the dharma of the Vedas, Sanatana-dharma or Hindu-dharma or Hinduism
in Ch2c, what are the qualities of one who has reached sthitaprajña – (sthita = stable, heightened or resolute + prajñā = awareness of the Self)?
