About School of Yoga

Founded by Yogacharya Sundaram with a legacy spanning five generations, School of Yoga aims to become a complete knowledge center for classical yoga and to be a tool for fitness, health, wellness and spiritual development.

Our Mission

School of Yoga aims to restore authentic yoga practice, reconnecting it to its ancient foundations.


We try to collate all material available on classical yoga, resources all theory available on the subject, invites contributions from writers, publishers and other thinkers.
We also connect with practitioners, teachers, therapists and dieticians so that visitors find the most contemporary solution.
